Based on the recommendations of GMCKS, we suggest that you go through the book studies in the following sequence: Mental body and Autobiography of a Yogi book in Tamil.
Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda, published in 1946, recounts Yogananda’s life, his search for his guru, and his teachings on Kriya Yoga. The book serves as an introduction to methods of attaining God-realization and spiritual wisdom. It has introduced many to meditation and yoga and has been influential in both Eastern and Western spiritual circles. Translated into over fifty languages, it continues to be widely read today.

The Mental Body by A.E.Powell, which is the third book in the author’s series of compilations from outstanding Theosophical literature, explores the subtle vehicles of human beings. It focuses on the structure and functions of the mental body, including thought waves, thought transference, meditation, contemplation, sleep-life, the heavenly worlds, and several other fascinating aspects of the subject.
